01 — Order Handling
Orders are reviewed, picked and packed in the order they are received, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Provided your order is placed before 14:00 GMT, we aim to dispatch the same business day. Anything received after that cut-off, or over the weekend, is processed on the next working day. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent the moment your parcel is collected by the courier.
02 — United Kingdom
All UK orders ship via tracked courier. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over £50, and next-day delivery is complimentary on orders over £100. Below those thresholds a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on weight and service level. Signature on delivery is required for select orders to protect cold-chain integrity.
03 — International
We ship worldwide using fully tracked international couriers. Live rates are calculated at checkout, taking destination, weight and service level into account. As a guide, expect 3–5 business days to mainland Europe, 4–7 business days to North America, and 5–10 business days to the rest of the world.
04 — Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
International orders may attract import duties, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the recipient on delivery. We strongly recommend reviewing your local import regulations for research compounds before placing an order.
05 — Tracking Your Parcel
Your tracking number is delivered by email as soon as the courier collects your shipment. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to populate the carrier's system. If your tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, please contact our team and we will open an investigation immediately.
06 — Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Every shipment is tracked end-to-end and covered by carrier insurance. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, notify our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or actual receipt. We will work directly with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
07 — Address Accuracy & Discreet Packaging
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout — we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at the time of order, and changes after dispatch may not be possible. All shipments leave our facility in plain, unbranded packaging with tamper-evident seals to safeguard sample integrity and your privacy.
