01 — Returns
To safeguard product integrity, sterility and the safety of every researcher we ship to, we do not accept returns on any compound — opened or unopened. Each vial is inspected, sealed and dispatched in tamper-evident packaging from our UK facility.
02 — Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement will be issued where: (a) you received the wrong item, (b) the item arrived visibly damaged, or (c) the item was not delivered due to an error on our part. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@elitelabpeptides.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item and outer packaging, and a short description of the issue. Once verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement.
03 — Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your tracked parcel has not arrived within the published transit window, contact us at support@elitelabpeptides.com and we will open an investigation with the courier. International orders may be subject to additional clearance time and customs processing — buyers are responsible for ensuring the compound is permitted for import into their jurisdiction.
04 — Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are queued for same- or next-day dispatch from our cleanroom, they cannot be amended or cancelled once payment has been processed. Please double-check the compound, dosage, quantity and shipping address before completing checkout.
